"Tarnished way sooner than I expected!!"
It looked really nice at first!! I was happy with it... but after just a few weeks, it started to tarnish?? Kind of disappointing, honestly!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the Abbott Lyon website was to use. The menus were really clear, and I found the jewellery I wanted without having to click around for ages. Checkout was quick too, and everything worked perfectly on my phone. Overall, it was a really smooth, no-fuss shopping experience.

"Nice Bracelet, But the Engraving Let Me Down"
I ordered a bracelet with engraving, and the delivery went smoothly. The bracelet itself is and looks nice overall, but I was a bit disappointed when I saw the engraving. One of the letters looked lighter than the rest, and the spacing didn’t feel quite right.

I’m still going to wear it because it’s not terrible, but for the price I really expected a cleaner finish. It’s a nice piece, just not as polished as I hoped it would be, so I’d say 3 stars.

Had to send back a bracelet because I totally picked the wrong size, my bad. The return process was dead easy, and they kept me updated without me having to chase anything up. Refund came through quicker than I expected too, so yeah, really happy with how it all went...

I ordered a necklace and bracelet, and they both showed up exactly how I customized them on the site. The names were spelled right, the sizes were correct, and there weren’t any mix-ups at all. It did take a bit of back and forth, and I was starting to wonder if I was maybe overthinking the whole thing, but they handled it well in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the help. "Nice Personal Touch, but I Wanted More Options"
I really liked being able to choose the name and make it feel a bit more personal. That part was fun and made the item feel special. I just wish there had been more flexibility with some of the styles, because a few of them didn’t let me change as much as I hoped. Still, seeing the name on it made me smile, and that little personal touch meant a lot.

"Cute bracelet, but the price has me kinda confused ??"
I do like the bracelet and it looks really nice on, but for the price I thought it would feel a little more solid?? The packaging was cute though, so that was a nice touch.
It’s not a bad buy at all, I’m just not totally sure the value is there unless you catch it on sale. I’d maybe order again, but probably only with a discount.

"Really helpful when my order went wrong"
I had a problem with my order and to be honest I thought it was gonna be a whole thing to get it sorted.

I messaged Abbott Lyon and they got back to me quick. The person I spoke to was really nice, understood what had happened, and sorted a replacement without making it difficult or awkward.

Really happy with how it all got handled. Stuff goes wrong sometimes, thats fine, but the way they fixed it made me trust them more. I’d order again for sure.

"First impression wasn’t as good in person"
When I first saw it online, I thought it looked really nice, but as soon as I tried it on, that impression changed. The design felt a little cheap in person and just kind of blended in with everything else. Not terrible, but definitely not as cute on me as I expected.
